This website is operated by DS RESTAURANT. The restaurant provides food ordering, dine-in/table service and any other service modes shown on the website.

2. Menu, prices and availability
Menu items, prices, taxes, service charges, discounts and availability are displayed before order confirmation. Prices are in INR. Items may become unavailable due to stock, kitchen capacity or operating hours.

3. Customer details
Customers must provide correct name, mobile number, table and payment details. The customer is responsible for checking the selected items, quantity, table and payable amount before confirming.

4. Order acceptance
An order is confirmed only after it is successfully recorded by the restaurant. The restaurant may reject or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, the table details are invalid, payment fails, fraud is suspected or service is not possible.

5. Food preparation and allergies
Food is prepared according to the restaurant's standard recipes. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions must contact the restaurant before ordering. Cross-contact cannot always be completely excluded in a shared kitchen.

6. Payments
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Online payments are processed by the selected third-party payment gateway. Card, UPI, netbanking or wallet credentials are entered on the payment provider's secure interface and are not stored by the restaurant website.

7. Cancellation and refund
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy published on this website.

8. Acceptable use
Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false payment claims or interfere with restaurant operations.

9. Limitation
The restaurant is not responsible for delays caused by network outages, payment-provider downtime, force majeure, incorrect customer information or circumstances outside reasonable control.
